WELDO facilitates safe and dignified returns for individuals coming back to Pakistan from Europe. Our support starts before departure from the host country and continues upon arrival, in close coordination with international partners.
We prioritize respect, safety, and dignity — ensuring returnees feel welcomed and not alone. Reception teams at key airports assist with immigration, provide refreshments, and arrange onward travel to final destinations.
Return counselling is offered both before departure and after arrival. Counsellors help returnees prepare emotionally and logistically, share reintegration options, and develop realistic plans for resettlement and livelihood.
Long-term reintegration covers housing, healthcare access, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), small business support, legal documentation, and family reunification — so returnees can rebuild with a stable foundation.
